All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where Cellmonsters.com has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, you may contact us to obtain a return label or request merchandise pick up. Once item is returned to the warehouse, a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit can be issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. We must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within seven days prior to shipment. In addition, the incorrect item must remain in its complete original condition, unused, and at the point of return contain all of the items originally included in the shipment pertaining to all accessories protective coverings and packing materials.

Which shipping method do Cellmonsters offer?

FedEx Ground, FedEx Saver, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Standard Overnight Day Air are the available shipping options. - In some cases UPS will be used.

What is the delivery time for all orders?

Do you collect sales tax?

Yes, we collect sales tax on orders shipped to California only

All of the products listed on this site are in stock unless specified otherwise. Inventory is subject to change without notice.

Do you issue tracking numbers?

For most orders, when the tracking number is available, you will be able to view it by viewing the order history on your account page.

Some shipments coming into Canada from the U.S. will not have a tracking number available. As well, some United States Postal Service shipments do not have tracking numbers.
